Springfield Twp. girl missing, police say

Springfield Township Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing teenage girl.

In a post posted Monday afternoon on the department’s Crimewatch website, police said Sierra Burd is a white, non-Hispanic 15-year-old who lives with one parent in the 1900 block of Route 212.

“It was reported that on July 7, 2024, at 6:38 p.m., she willingly entered a tan vehicle that picked her up at the south entrance of Springfield Elementary School,” police said.

They added: “Sierra is believed to be in the Lansdale area with a person with the first name ‘Keanu’ from Lansdale.”

Police described Burd as 5’1″ tall and weighing about 120 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. The report did not include a photo of Burd, but did include a photo of the vehicle she allegedly got into.

Springfield Township Police asked anyone with information on Sierra Burd’s whereabouts to contact Bucks County Police Department at 215-328-8523.
