Fugitives present illegally arrested by ERO Houston and ERO Waco included:

– A 38-year-old Honduran national in an irregular situation, wanted in Mexico for multiple murders, apprehended on May 23 in Galveston. The arrest was made by ERO Houston Fugitive Operations agents after receiving information from the National Criminal Targeting and Analysis Center that the non-citizen was residing illegally in the Houston area and was wanted for allegedly murdering two gang members in Mexico during a botched attempt to hijack a shipment of illicit narcotics.
– A 21-year-old illegal Mexican national wanted in Veracruz, Mexico, for homicide, apprehended on May 24 in Splendora. The arrest was made by ERO Houston Fugitive Operations Agents, in conjunction with the Splendora Police Department, after officials received information from the ERO Deputy Attaché for Referrals to Mexico and the US Marshals Service indicating that the non-citizen was residing illegally in Splendora.
– A 42-year-old illegal Honduran national wanted in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, for homicide, apprehended June 3 in southwest Houston. The arrest was made by ERO Houston Fugitive Operations agents just seven hours after receiving information from ERO Atlanta that the non-citizen was wanted for homicide and had fled to Houston.
– A 41-year-old Mexican national, previously deported, wanted in Durango, Mexico, for homicide, apprehended June 4 in Waco. The arrest was made by ERO Waco Fugitive Operations agents just 12 days after receiving information from NCATC that the non-citizen was residing illegally in Waco.
– A 40-year-old Mexican national, voluntarily returned three times, wanted in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, for homicide, apprehended on June 7 in Splendora. The arrest was made by ERO Houston Fugitive Operations agents, in conjunction with the Splendora Police Department, after the non-citizen was encountered and identified as an alien fugitive wanted for murder.
